Disclaimer

All items are subject to availability and colours may vary slightly from those depicted on the site.

Dispatch

All orders are dispatched after the payment is made. Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours, but delivery times may vary, as some pieces are individually made to order and the actual delivery depends on the Royal Mail service. International orders are usually received within 5-10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that currently orders are dispatched only to the following destinations:
UK
USA
Canada
Australia
Scandinavian Countries
Western & Central EU countries
Japan
Israel
If you're not in any of these countries, please contact me prior to purchase as there might be higher postage fees. I reserve the right to cancel the order if one is made with delivery to a country I do not ship to.

Payment

Payment is easy and secure using Pay Pal. You can pay with debit or credit card. You do not have to have a PayPal account. Just follow the instructions as they appear on screen. If you prefer to pay by cheque (in UK £ Sterling only), please contact me for details. Your order will be dispatched once the payment is cleared.

Returns

If you have any problem with an order, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of goods. Each case is individual. The following are general terms:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt when returned in original (new) condition, or if the item is damaged or faulty.
Postage fees are non-refundable.
For reasons of health and hygiene, we have a non-returnable policy with earrings.
If you're unsure about anything - fittings, allergies, etc, - please contact me prior to purchase.

Wholesale

I would recommend purchasing sample jewellery before placing a wholesale order, so you can be assured of the quality of our products.
